How do I track my parcel?

DPD provide customers with a one hour delivery window once the parcel is in transit on the day of delivery. You are able to track your order using your unique web order number (WO00000). Go to your account section and click on the order and yuou will get the Delivery code at the top of the page where you can then just click on it.
          
In addition to this you can enter your email address and/or mobile number during the checkout process on the website to receive your tracking details first thing in the morning. 

 

How do I add to a previous order?


Any order placed after 4pm the previous day can be added to up to 3pm the next day. If an order is available to add to, the option will be available when selecting a delivery charge in the basket section on the website.

Add to orders will be delivered at the same time as the initial order.  If there are any issues you will be notified.

  
What is your RMA procedure?

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, the first thing to do is to submit an RMA form. Once this has been logged with our returns department you will be contacted to discuss the options available if required.
